The physician will choose whether or not to use the femoral artery compression hemostat according to the patient's condition.2. The patient will lie flat for 6 h after surgery with the operated limb braked and the contralateral limb allowed to move.3. Observe the patient's wound condition at the femoral artery puncture site through the transparent base at regular intervals, and report immediately to the physician if any blood, ooze, or hematoma is found, and deal with it promptly.4. Check the patient's femoral artery compression hemostat for looseness and tightness. Tape the base to keep the hemostat in a vertical relationship with the skin. If the patient sweats or moves to cause the hemostat to loosen and shift, deal with it promptly.

Monitor the patient's vital signs, dorsalis pedis artery pulsation, and compare the temperature and color of the operated limb with the contralateral side. 6. Listen to the patient's complaints and treat them symptomatically. 7. Before removing the femoral artery compression hemostat, wet the patient's tape around the hemostat completely with a warm water towel, and remove the tape gently with parallel force to the skin surface to avoid damaging the skin.
